Unlike many other agencies, our caregivers are our employees. We do not retain the services of independent contractors. Because our caregivers are our employees, we pay all payroll related taxes including both federal and state withholding taxes, social secuirty and medicare taxes. We also provide workers' compensation insurance and pay unemployment taxes.
